Definition of BAD TEAM by Rajesh Singh

Anticipating the fact that every organization have taken their due measures  (done Market research, evaluate Market competition , analysed market potential , developed SOP’s , defined effective Process protocols  etc )  before launching themselves , thereby  capable of providing its unique proposition in the their own standards which may make them best in their respective industry.  Sadly , very few reach to the top and fraction of them sustain themselves , rest get vanished in time , despite being capable of becoming the best . The most probable reason for non performance dots down to one parameter  .i.e. “ BAD TEAM “ .
This one parameter will make most capable organizations transform into non-capable mode in no time with its infectious reputation.  In current corporate scenario , 60-70% reason for Failures  is due to “ BAD TEAM “. But what is BAD TEAM ? Who is responsible to create BAD TEAM ?
I am sure , you all have your own point of view on this , which could be debatable  too, however i would like to share my point of view on this . For me BAD TEAM means a team which is managed by incapable Managers as there is nothing called BAD TEAM rather there always a BAD MANAGER. If we create a process to manage these managers , the chances are high that we can transform a BAD TEAM to GOOD TEAM in no time. Tell me what will happen when a team of horses are been lead by a donkey  as a  Manager , what kind of output would you expect out of it? No brainer isn’t it, the output would be disastrous……now lets just change the circumstance ,  team of donkeys lead by a horse as a manager , in comparison the output will be far better isn’t it? Likewise even if we have less capable team member lead by capable manager, the organization will certainly witness gradual growth in the performance chart.
Few  characteristic of BAD Managers mentioned below
·         Always puts  blame game on the team
·         Frequently criticises the team
·         Stay Bias with team member
·         Not judicious and focussed
·         Attitude of an escapist, in any given situation.
·         Believes in delegating task.
·         Self Praising individual
Hence I would recommend to eliminate or minimise the ratio of Bad managers from your team strength in order to attain designated goal within limited time frame.

“ 3 TIC to Success “ or “RAF route of Success “ by Rajesh Singh ( Curious Success Strategist )

How to become successful ?
What are the ingredients to become a successful professional?
What should I do to become successful in this intense competitive market?
How can I Make this business grow ?

The above mentioned are few of the many  curious queries  asked by various professionals/ organizations  who want to reach sky high within limited time frame. Ironically, everyone of us are aware of the solution too but we just want to hear a better , simpler version of it which makes it  easier to understand and  takes less efforts to implement it. In anticipation to the requirement , the market/ business experts has taken valuable measure to re-define better version   thereby satisfying the growing constant demand. To my thinking , as the market getting intensely competitive , the  required skill sets attributes to become successful  also keeps upgrading. That extra skill set required 10 year back  has become a almost basic now and in addition to it you need that Xtra factor , which can be the “X” factor too, which never stay constant.
Today, I would like to share my version of that “X” which is required to become the best in whatever you do . This factor revolves around the concept “ TIC” – , you just need this 3 TIC in you become the best in whatever you do ( Profession / Entrepreneur / Sportsmen etc ). Hence, I unveil you  the philosophy of “ 3 tic to Success “ ,  also known “ RAF “ route to success ,  mentioned below
1.       Realistic
2.       Analytic
3.       Futuristic

Confusing isn’t it ?
Let me explain the each of X factor one by one ,
Realistic     : “ look at the mirror and see the real you “ , I always end up advising  my team  to evaluate their current status regularly which includes their strength and  weakness, what are they capable of and what they can do. Being Realistic is the first step towards Success for any professional/ business house . This stage holds immense importance ,a slight mistake at this level will create bigger problems in near future . Let say an organization stays in an assumption that they are the best in the market  wherein realistically they are no where near to the best  in the current market standards. Now if this organization plans to maximise the market share , do you think they will ever achieve it ?........ NEVER ;  coz they will never work on their weakness and capitalise on their strength thereby failing to achieve the desired milestone. Let me give you one more example – we all know famous cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and Vinod Kambli, they were best friend since childhood and have played together, Vinod Kambli was way more talented than Sachin but he couldn’t become the best as  he was not realistic in his approach. He didn’t evaluate himself correctly wherein Sachin did, Sachin had worked on his weakness and capitalise his strength regularly.  As a consequence, we all know what followed  after , Sachin has become GOD of Game and Vinod Kambli stands no where in the statictics.  Therefore I suggest you to be Realistic first and them become Optimistic.

2. Analytic :  In this current competitive market one can start a  business  through Instinct but can only grow by measuring business portfolio through number and hence it is mandatory for us to be  Analytic.   Being analytic help us to define a strategy , design a roadmap, laydown the implementation process , allocate  resources , evaluate the outcome  and indicates  improvement areas.  I suggest if you to quantify the process to  maximise the outcome .

3.Futuristic  :  The integration of first two  “ Tic” will make you capable of defining the third category “ Futuristic “ . If you know your current measurable status, you can easily define your destination. Have you ever walk down a road without knowing where you are going, sound foolish isn’t it ? likewise  if we don’t define our realistic professional/organizational,  milestone we could never attain the next level  and further levels. It is mandatory to draw a long term plan further segregated into multiple short term milestone which will make the journey easier and simpler.

To conclude it , if you stay Realistic and be Analytic , work Futuristic, destiny will touch your feet and success will follow you . The Choice is yours !!!
